<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separating device capable of eliminating a trouble on the device caused by a highly viscous unnecessary matter by a combination of temperature and pressure adjustments as such that keeps the carbon dioxide in a supercritical or liquid state at a time following a cleaning apparatus or the like at a prescribed gas-liquid ratio, and also capable of continuously separating an unnecessary matter without the need for depressurization from the carbon dioxide discharged from an apparatus even in a preceding process having general cleaning tank power and aiming at high-quality cleaning by separating a cleaning tank and a separating tank. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment means and a pressure adjustment means which serve to keep the discharged fluid discharged from a cleaning apparatus or a drying apparatus, or the like employing the carbon dioxide in a supercritical or liquid state at a prescribed gas-liquid ratio, and a gas-liquid separating pressure vessel for separating the discharged fluid undergone the pressure adjustment by the temperature adjustment means and the pressure adjustment means into gas and liquid, constitute the subject gas-liquid separating device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
