<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient isolation in a directional coupler while a high-frequency switch and the directional coupler can be unified. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency module 11 includes a high-frequency switch 21 and a coupler 22. Either of a transmission signal terminal 11b and a receive signal terminal 11c is selectively connected to an antenna terminal 11a through the high-frequency switch 21. The coupler 22 provided between the transmission terminal 11b and the high-frequency switch 21 detects a transmission signal. The coupler 22 has a main line S1 and a sub-line S2 which are put in electromagnetic coupling. The sub-line S2 has a width narrower than that of the main line S1. In this case, X is within a range from 10 to 21 and Y is 21 or larger, where -XdB is the coupling degree C of the coupler 22, and -YdB is the directivity D of the coupler 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
