PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image quality display device for displaying with user-friendly the frequency distribution of sections set with equal interval in a linear scale and the frequency distribution capable of intuitively adjusting an exposure value, and to provide a digital camera, a developing apparatus, an image quality display method and an image quality display program. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an input means for inputting an image; and a display means for displaying a graph representing the frequency distribution of the gray level of the image inputted by the input means, which displays in one graph the frequency set for each section with equal interval by a linear scale and the frequency set for each section with equal interval of a logarithmic scale.
