PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the frequency distribution of the gray level of an image so that a user can sensibly understand it, enable the user to identify whether or not exposure conditions are proper, and enable facilitating adjustment of the exposure conditions. SOLUTION: An image quality display device is provided with an input means for inputting an image, and a display means for displaying on one screen a graph in which the frequency distribution of the gray level of an inputted image is represented and a sectional axis is a logarithmic scale and an image inputted by the input means so that they are composited.
