PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polymerization toner of high quality by not only suppressing clogging of piping caused by scaling but also preventing liquid leakage from coupling parts of piping when circulating an aqueous dispersed liquid of a polymerizable monomer composition between an agitating tank and a high-speed agitator to form liquid drops in a method of producing the polymerization toner, which includes a step of agitating the dispersed liquid to form liquid drops. SOLUTION: In the method of producing the polymerization toner, the dispersed liquid is circulated between the agitating tank and the high-speed agitator to form liquid drops having a prescribed drop size in the step of forming liquid drops, and in this case, a pipe consisting of a flexible metal horse is arranged on the way of at least one of two lines connecting the agitating tank and the high-speed agitator, as a part of this line.
