MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a PDP, in which a manufacturing time of the PDP having a recess between display electrodes is shortened, and the PDP and the manufacturing method of the PDP, wherein the shape of the recess to improve a light emitting efficiency between the display electrodes is improved and a driving action is made sure. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 12c is formed at least in a display region forming face of a glass plate board 11; a parallel transparent electrode 12a of a prescribed shape by cutting the transparent conductive film 12c and the glass plate board 11 in the prescribed shape by using a sand brass method is formed; a recess 15 is formed in a glass plate board between the transparent electrodes 12a; furthermore a dielectric layer 13 to cover the transparent electrode 12a and a bus electrode 12b is formed; and a protecting layer 14 to cover the dielectric layer 13 is formed.
