PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fluorescent lamp to be connected for use, and to supply DC power to an electronic device from a socket of a luminaire of the fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: By connection to a fluorescent lamp socket of a fluorescent lamp luminaire, AC power supplied from the fluorescent lamp luminaire through the fluorescent lamp socket is converted into DC power. The DC power that has been converted is supplied to an electronic device, and the AC power supplied from the fluorescent lamp luminaire through the fluorescent lamp socket is supplied to the fluorescent lamp.
