PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment capable of limiting the sound field of a reproduced sound even when the distance between sound sources varies. SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment provided with a sound field control function comprises: a 1st loudspeaker which is provided in a 1st housing part and reproduces a main sound source; a 2nd loudspeaker which is provided in a 2nd housing part moving relatively to the 1st housing part and reproduces an additional sound source for control; a distance sensor which detects the distance between the 1st loudspeaker and 2nd loudspeaker; an adjustment part which generates audio data of the additional sound source for control by adjusting the amplitude and phase of audio data of the main sound source according to the distance detected by the distance sensor; and a control part which supplies the audio data of the main sound source to the 1st loudspeaker and supplies the audio data of the additional sound source for control generated by the adjustment part to the 2nd loudspeaker.
