PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost-advantageous gasket superior in assembling workability, without causing forgetfulness of putting a seal part in installation, and easy in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This gasket is formed by arranging a rubber layer 5 as a sealant on one surface or both surfaces of a base board 1. Both are integrated by coating only a seal part of the base board 1 with the rubber layer 5 by a screen printing method.
