PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of underpants intended for keeping a disposal body warmer attached to the lower belly part thereof in a position without letting a body warmer cause low-temperature burn. SOLUTION: The pair of underpants is so designed that a body warmer holding bag 1 is set on a part corresponding to the lower belly part of the underpants as an underwear having a crotch depth deeper than that of normal underpants, and a disposal body warmer is held and free from dropping off even using at the time of sleeping. The cloth of a part contacting the skin of the back of the holding bag is thick and the heat of a body warmer is reduced and conducted, so there is no possibility of causing low-temperature burn even if using for a long time.
