PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition capable of forming a cured product exhibiting excellent heat-shock resistance. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises a flexible epoxy resin and a carbodiimide resin. Thus, the epoxy resin composition can relax stress resulting from expansion and shrinkage caused by heating and cooling of the cured product within a wide temperature range.
