PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure whereby strength near a welded part (bead) of an inserted first member is enhanced, and distortion occurring on the first member in welding is restrained. SOLUTION: In the first joint structure 27, a tip 35 of the cylindrical first member (vertical member )13 is inserted into an opening part (vertical joint opening part) 43 provided on a second member (connecting member) 24 which is a mating member, the vertical joint opening part 43 and the tip 35 are connected by fillet welding (welding part 28), and thereby the two members are connected, and a first reinforcing part 36 is provided on the tip 35 of the first member (vertical member) 13.
