PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowoff apparatus capable of dissolving a curving of a jet flow blown off from a slit and homogeneously heating or cooling the film in the width direction. SOLUTION: The air blowoff apparatus comprises two ducts in which a section area is reduced from an entrance to the interior, having a counter flow type duct arranged so that a main flow direction of an air flown inside may be opposed each other and a first slit for blowing off an air flown from one duct and a second slit for blowing off an air flown from another duct are arranged so as to be adjoined inserting a center division plate. A first run way at the upstream side of the first slit and a second run way at the upstream side of the second slit are formed and a pressure adjusting hole connecting the first run way with the second run way is arranged at a part of the center division plate.
