PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple mixing apparatus, by which a liquid can be adhered to a powder with high accuracy without lowering the powder quality. SOLUTION: The mixing apparatus 100C is provided with a main unit 30 having an internal space C, a powder dispersion unit 10 for dispersing powders A into the internal space C, a plurality of liquid spray units 20-1 and 20-2 disposed around the powder dispersion unit 10 for spraying droplets B to the powders A while dispersed powders A fall in the internal space C, and a cyclone separator 70 provided above the powder dispersion unit 10 for collecting the powders A mixed in the internal space C and supplying them again to the powder dispersion unit 10, wherein a powder supply tube 72 is connected to the cyclone separator 70 for supplying the powders A to the cyclone separator 70, and an exhaust tube 38 for exhausting air introduced in the main unit 30 is connected to the powder supply tube 72.
