The invention relates to a method for prognosticating the breast cancer of a breast cancer-suffering patient consisting (a) in extracting a biological material from the biological sample of a patient, (b) bringing said biological material into contact with at least one type of specific reagent selected from the specific reagents of target genes which comprise a nuclear sequence having any of SEQ ID N DEG 1 to 68 and (c) in determining the expression at least of one of said target genes.
