<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion system intended for solving such problems that removed shellfishes (barnacle, mussel, Calloconchina and other marine organisms) produced from a plant such as a power station become general waste or industrial waste, and it takes a huge amount of cost to dispose of the waste through incineration and reclamation, and there are some cases where especially general waste is not taken in by the administration of each prefecture and pressure is put on each plant to handle or dispose. <P>SOLUTION: This conversion system comprises converting removed shellfishes from waste to bait or feed for fish culture by analyzing safety and nutrition and examining growth possibility and palatability. For safety, lead, cadmium, total mercury, arsenic, diarrhetic shellfish poison, paralytic shellfish toxin and cesium-137 are each analyzed, and when a numerical value over a reference value comes out, the shellfish is not used as a raw material. For nutrition, general analysis, amino acid composition and fatty acid composition are each analyzed, and when there is a problem in nutrition, the shellfish is adjusted in good balance by the addition of additives containing many of insufficient substances. Growth possibility is judged whether there is any problem in growth rate by performing raising examination.
