<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly infer information about a communication party and to surely transmit the information on the communication party without putting a burden on a user during telephone conversation. <P>SOLUTION: In a fixed telephone set 1, a temperature sensor 182 for measuring a user's temperature, a perspiration sensor 183 for measuring perspiration, a heart rate sensor 184 for measuring a heart rate are connected to a communication switch that can be turned on/off optionally by the user through an input detecting part 180. Inference information is created on the basis of measurement values from the respective sensors and switch information from the communication switch and transmitted with a voice to a portable telephone set 2 of the communication party.
