<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precut construction system of an exterior material utilizing a network for interlocking an on-site simple measurement and an NC cutting machine controlled by a computer via the network, conducting machining to an actual mounting dimension on a factory side, and easily sticking on the site. <P>SOLUTION: A computer on a mounting constructor side of the exterior material and a computer on a cutting machine factory side of the exterior material are connected through the network. The computer on the mounting constructor side has an exterior material mounting detail list display means and measurement data input means included in the exterior material mounting detail list. The computer on the cutting machine factory side has an NC program data creating means for cutting the exterior material on the basis of the measurement data input in the exterior material mounting detail list, a storage means of NC program data for cutting, and a means for replacing the NC program data for cutting in an order of on-site mounting construction, and cuts the exterior material on the basis of the transferred NC program data for cutting, and mounts on the site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
