<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside handle and door latch joint structure with a base portion integrally joined to a door latch and foldable thereon in a compact form before fixed to a door. <P>SOLUTION: A sub bracket 12 provided on the base portion 3 and a module bracket 13 provided on the door latch 2 are turnably joined to each other. Thus, the base portion 3 can be folded on the door latch 2 and the base portion 3 and the door latch 2 can be made into a compact form.
