<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system using an aotomated guided vehicle which can prevent the occurrence of an operation spare time or the lowering of productivity and can eliminate the bias of a workload among workers so as to make the work efficient and equalize the work. <P>SOLUTION: This operation system 1 using an aotomated guided vehicle 20 is configured to perform a predetermined operation on a work W by moving the aotomated guided vehicle 20 on which the work W is placed along a guide path 10, and stopping the aotomated guided vehicle 20 in an operation zone Z6 set on the guide path 10. The plurality of operation zones 6 are respectively arranged on a plurality of branch paths 12 branched from a branch point 11 of the guide path 10.
