PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable bass reflex type "speaker device" capable of efficiently radiating heat generated by an amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: Air flow generated the rear face side and the front face side of a speaker unit 13 by the vibration of a diaphragm 20 is respectively lead to the outside of the case 10 through a bass reflex port 22 and a horn 24. An amplifier circuit 14 is installed at a position adjacent to a channel of the air flow lead to the bass reflex port 22 from the speaker unit 13 and a channel of the air flow lead to the horn 24. Consequently, the air flow P lead to the bass reflex port 22 performs air cooling of the amplifier circuit 14, and the air flow R lead to the horn 24 to be directed to a second opening part 25 performs air cooling of the amplifier circuit 14 through a heat radiation plate 17 to thereby be able to efficiently suppress a temperature increase in the amplifier circuit 14.
