PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plated circuit device comprising a high frequency circuit in which the high frequency circuit and a functional circuit presenting a desired function are configured on an insulated substrate, so that a current to be consumed in another functional circuit does not flow to a circuit ground pattern of a ground pattern corresponding to said functional circuit and that a howling phenomenon or malfunction does not occur as a result. SOLUTION: In a plated circuit device 1, a ground pattern 3 and a circuit ground pattern 17 corresponding to an oscillation/modulation circuit 8 are connected only in one spot, and an insulated area 22 is provided between the ground pattern 3 excepting for that connecting spot and the corresponding circuit ground pattern 17.
