PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the insulating structure of a coil which can reduce the shape of the coil and which can provide a high breakdown voltage. SOLUTION: The insulating structure of the coil includes the coil 1 wound so that flat plate surfaces of a flat wire 1A may face mutually, and an insulting bushing 2 wound to cover the edge of the coil 1. The sectional shape of the insulating bushing 2 is recessed, and both sides are formed in comb-like states. Since the edge of the flat wire is covered with the insulating bushing 2, a crack or a peeling part of an insulating film which is generated at the corner bent in a small diameter can be insulated. Further, the adjacent flat plate surfaces of the coil 1 can be separated at a predetermined interval. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
