发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATING ADHESIVE STRENGTH OF ROUGHENED SURFACE OF COPPER FOIL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating an adhesive strength of a roughened surface of a copper foil, which can precisely estimate the adhesive strength of the roughened surface of the copper foil from a parameter such as roughness or the like of the roughened surface of the copper foil, even in the case the adhesive strength of the roughened surface of the copper foil is not measured actually. SOLUTION: In the method for evaluating the adhesive strength of the roughened surface of the copper foil, a three-dimensional surface area A(S) is determined by measuring a surface area in the roughened surface of a copper foil sample S by using a laser microscope, and a measurement section area B(S), being the area of a section where the three-dimensional surface area A(S) is measured, is determined, and an area factor C(S) being defined as A(S)/B(S) is calculated, and then the area factor C(S) is applied to an analytical curve R which represents a relation between area factors C and adhesive strength values P and is previously obtained about a roughened surface of a copper foil belonging to the same kind of the copper foil sample S, thereby determining a calculated adhesive strength P(R). The calculated adhesive strength P(R) is evaluated as the adhesive strength of the roughened surface of the copper foil sample S, instead of an actual measurement adhesive strength P(S) which is the adhesive strength obtained by actually measuring the roughened surface of the copper foil sample S.
