PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic hose restricted in load to be applied to environment, and having high adhesiveness between layers and excellent durability. SOLUTION: This hydraulic hose has an inner tube rubber layer, an outer cover rubber layer, and at least one reinforcing layer between the inner tube rubber layer and the outer cover rubber layer. At least one reinforcing layer is provided just under the outer cover rubber layer, and the outer cover rubber layer comprises a rubber component adjusted by polymerizing solution, a vulcanization accelerator and a dehydrating agent.
