PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and equipment made with new raw materials for concrete related to cement, admixture and aggregate utilizing ocean floor improving members and untapped resources which can beapplied to revetment, ocean blocks and the like. SOLUTION: (1) The ocean floor improving members are utilized for cement, aggregate and admixture. Mixture of the ocean floor improving members is utilized for making a kneaded mixture within a magnetic substance equipment, and the mixture of the magnetic substance arranged to a specific direction is taken out. (2) Structure of a main body is partitioned into plural layers; a pipe and a fixing beam are connected between respective adjacent layers; inside of a cylindrical pipe is hollow; the mixture is placed in a hollow space having a closing lid and the lid is tightly closed; the magnetic substance and the induced eddy current generators are combined together in series or in parallel; water volumes in a water blocking hollow wall and a water blocking hollow space are regulated and air therein is moved; a regulating valve and the equipment are installed; and the surfaces in contact with sea water are sprayed with the mixture and a concrete moldings can be produced by force-feed by a pump.
