PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a hat having good appearance, being comfortably useable and having large cooling effect, because it is required to wear a hat having effect cooling the head in order to dissolve the excruciating heat when playing or watching sports under the scorching sun and prevent heat stroke. SOLUTION: In the hat, a space is prepared in the lower part of a slip part of the hat and a vent hole is provided in the upper part of a crown and convection current of air is made in the interior and a water screen is prepared on the outside of the crown surface and internal heat is radiated by evaporating water by heat transmission from the inside. Further, in the hat, the outermost part is covered with light shielding net and a water vessel is put on the top of the crown part having a water-absorbing layer on the outside of an air permeable waterproof fabric and a conduit is attached to the water vessel so as to enable supply of required water within a prescribed time and the slip part is formed as a hollow cage structure.
