PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a paper bundle from being dislocated at the time of cutting the paper bundle which is thick. SOLUTION: A cutting blade 1 is configured with two angles, a normal angle 11 and a very thin angle 12 formed from the opposite surface.
