PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade of different sorts covered with fluoro-resin, furnished with a sharp cutting angle, and designed for cutting a web-shaped object having a sticky layer used chiefly as an electronic component capable of reducing such a phenomenon that sticky agent attaches to the side face of the blade tip or the sticky layer affixes to the blade surface and also cutting the web-shaped object having sticky layer precisely and finely. SOLUTION: The fluoro-resin at the forefront of the blade tip of a cutting blade covered with fluoro-resin is removed after covering the blade body with the fluoro-resin for a minute width using a polishing tape etc. The exposure width from the forefront of the blade tip of a part where the blade body is exposed by means of removal, is made smaller than the thickness of the base material 7 of the web-shaped object 6.
