PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply fluid material (a) by dividing into multi-steps of supplying quantity in simple structure. SOLUTION: A partition wall 14 having discharging hole 16 is formed in a hopper (vessel) 10 and when a discharging hole 13 at the lower side is opened, the fluid material of quantity according to the size of the discharging hole is naturally dropped from the discharging hole 13 and supplied at the beginning. At that time, the fluid material in a chamber 15b at the upper side is made to flow out to a chamber 15a from the discharging hole 16. When this supply continues for a certain time, the fluid material in the chamber 15a at the lower part is not made to flow out from the discharging hole 13, since the discharging hole 13 at the lower side is larger than the discharging hole 16 at the upper part, and when the discharge from the chamber 15b at the upper side continues, the discharged fluid material is passed through the discharging hole 13 in the chamber at the lower side without almost contacting with the periphery of the discharging hole 13 and dropped down and supplied, since the discharging hole 16 at the upper side is included into the discharging hole 13 at the lower side when viewed in plan.
