PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for treating inner hemorrhoidal part, clean and simply operated. SOLUTION: This rubber band ligature treatment tool includes the following components (1) to (6). (1) An inner cylinder 1 inserted in an outer cylinder 2 is slid with a difference in diameter from an outer cylinder 2 like a syringe, and air-tightness is kept. (2) A rubber band 3 is mounted on the end of the inner cylinder 1. (3) A cut for causing a pull eye 4 for pushing out the rubber band to slide at the outer cylinder 2 is formed, thereby mating the inner cylinder 1 and the terminal of the outer cylinder 2 when the pull eye 4 is enough pressed. (4) The inner cylinder 1 and the inner space of the hollow pipe 5 are communicated with each other, and connected to a sucker from the terminal of the hollow pipe 5. (6) The other terminal of the inner cylinder 1 is closed, and a cylinder for mounting a light source is provided there.
