PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pivotally set roll paper in a roll paper holder buriedly installed in a place with a narrow vertical interval and surely feedingly cut the roll paper. SOLUTION: Slide grooves 3 are oppositely formed in left/right side bodies 2 in the planarly roughly U-shaped roll paper holder 1 respectively, planarly roughly U-shaped sliders are engaged in the respective grooves 3 to be slidable in the front/rear direction and prevented from being pulled out, locking elastic pieces 9A elastically engaged with rear end stepped edges S of the sliders 4 and temporarily fixing their retreat use positions in predetermined positions of the sliders 4, roll paper air core receivers 5 are upward tiltably and oppositely pivoted to the front parts of the sliders 4, and the the roll paper 6 supported to the respective air core receivers 5 can be cut by the front side edge 8 of a paper cutting plate 7.
