The bed is of a standard non-camping design. Its has a rectangular wooden frame with hinges (2) at all four corners (1). Two of the wooden panels (3) are separated in the center and fitted with additional hinges (4). The slats (6) of the sleeping area are connected with two longitudinally positioned straps (11) facilitating the rolling up of the insert when not in use. The outer ends of the slats (5) can be inserted into slots (8) provided at the lateral panels (7). The slatted insert is secured to the frame with two transversal elements (9).
