A driving circuit for active matrix organic light emitting diode that can dynamically adjust white balance and adjusting method thereof. A programmable voltage generator provides several programmable voltage sources to R,G,B pixels of the active matrix OLED display panel.The white balance adjusting circuit dynamically adjusts the voltage value of the programmable voltage source corresponding to the using condition of active matrix OLED display panel i.e. the deterioration of the material, so as to adjust white balance of the active matrix OLED display panel dynamically.
