LICENSE MANAGEMENT METHOD, CONTENT DISTRIBUTION METHOD, LICENSE SERVER, CONTENT DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT SERVER AND LICENSE SYSTEM OF SUPERDISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superdistribution system which distributes contents to which a scarcity value or game nature is added and is used by a user.

SOLUTION: An owner of copyright preliminarily encrypts a part of the contents to be distributed to the user and stores it in a content server 4. In addition, a plurality of decryption keys for decoding the encrypted contents are prepared and probability is imparted to each of them. In addition, the user performs a distribution request of a content group desired to be browsed to the content server 4 and requests a license of the content group desired to be utilized to a license server 2 in the content group. A license control part 21 of the license server 2 selects one of the decryption keys stored in a license data base 23 at random with the probability set by the owner of copyright and licenses the decoding key to the user. Then, the contents are decoded using the decoding key and the user uses the contents.
