<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement evaluation complying with the use of facilities with respect to each of a plurality of equipment installed at the facilities. <P>SOLUTION: An equipment evaluation apparatus 100 is equipment for evaluating the necessity of a repair for the plurality of equipment installed at various facilities. A storage device 14 stores a weight value complying with each of a plurality of use on the facilities for each of the equipment. Meanwhile, a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 11 evaluates the necessity of the repair for each of the equipment based on a plurality of parameters indicative of the use state of each of the equipment. The plurality of parameters include the weight value corresponding to the use selected by the user out of the weight values stored on the storage device 14.
