<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the selection of network resources, and to shorten a time until contract, and to reduce the sales costs of a seller, and to substantially shorten a provisioning period from contract establishment to the use of a line, and to substantially improve the use efficiency of the network resources. <P>SOLUTION: A connection point connecting network resources is prepared, and a mediation market device is installed for enabling a buyer to register information such as the commercial materials, provision sections or sales prices of network resources to be sold, and for enabling a seller to register information such as the commercial materials or provision sections or purchase prices of network resources to be purchased. When the conditions of the both sides are matched, the network resources are preliminarily connected to an RX before the transaction of the network resources so that a negotiation period among a large number of network resource providers can be shortened, and that a preliminary construction period after the transaction establishment can be also shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
