<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point presentation apparatus or the like that can easily grant a person who gains a right to receive an article a wide choice of articles. <P>SOLUTION: A point management server 1 uses information about a recipient input by a user to read in information about the recipient from a user DB of a database 20. Presented points input by the user are next added to gained points included in the information about the recipient.
