<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear drive system capable of enhancing a current feedback resolution so as to increase a feedback gain of a speed loop, and improving the positioning performance and the control performance of a constant speed drive. <P>SOLUTION: In the linear drive system of a linear motor having a single armature comprising two or more connected armature coil groups 32A, 32B, a plurality of the coil groups 32A, 32B are driven by drive servo drivers 12A, 12B, respectively. If the armature coil groups 32A, 32B have arbitrary electric angle phase differences, phase control sections of the drive servo drivers 12A, 12B have relative geometric electric phase differences of the coil groups as memory parameters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
