DISEASE DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM BY TWO-DIMENSIONAL IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective determination index as to disease diagnosis, and to provide a simple and highly accurate disease diagnosis system using the same.

SOLUTION: This system is characterized in that a two-dimensional image is prepared by using a contrasting means based on a sample 1 while performing position correction and shade correction on spots appearing in the image and that compensation is performed on change in background with time accompanying the contrasting, with respect to disease diagnosis by the comparison of two or more images for diagnosis. This system is characterized in that contrasting operation and imaging operation are alternately repeated at controlled regular time intervals in order to obtain the two-dimensional image. This system is characterized in that the two-dimensional image is prepared based on the sample 1 with an external standard added thereto.
