<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SIM holder and a cap for USB connectors wherein a USB connector is equipped with a cap having design properties. <P>SOLUTION: The SIM holder 1 according to the present invention has a SIM 2 comprising a contact as defined in ISO7816-2 or ISO7816-3, or comprising this contact and a non-contact interface as defined in ISO14443, which is removably attached to the SIM holder 1, and also has a USB connector. The SIM holder 1 is characterized in that a cap 4 which protects a USB connector 3 is shaped into the form of a miniature model, a letter, a character or the like, or the cap which protects the USB connector has added thereto a molded article in the form of a miniature model, a letter, a character or the like.
