<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution system for complying with various methods for installing a solar cell panel on a roof or the like of a multidwelling house and distributing generated power to each home. <P>SOLUTION: A cable 2 is connected to the solar cell panel 1 and the houses through a power distribution unit 3 and a cable 7, and distributes the power generated by the solar cell panel 1 to a shared facility E and homes A-D by priority over power sold to an power company 6. If the generated power is excess and unexpendable by the shared facility E and the homes A-D, the generated power is sold to the power company 6. The quantity of power purchased from the power company 6 to the whole apartment house, is suppressed by the power generated by the solar cell panel 1.
