摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for circulating vegetables and fruits for sustaining an appropriate MA (Modified Atmosphere) condition even when a cold chain stops and controlling lowering of freshness in a circulation process. <P>SOLUTION: This method for circulating vegetables and fruits comprises circulating through seal-packaging using a packaging body. The packaging body has 1-10% both of equilibrium oxygen concentration therein C<SB>15</SB>(%) at 15°C when seal-packaging vegetables and fruits in the atmosphere, and equilibrium oxygen concentration therein C<SB>5</SB>(%) at 5°C when seal-packaging vegetables and fruits in the atmosphere. The ratio of the equilibrium oxygen concentration of C<SB>5</SB>/C<SB>15</SB>is in the range of 1-5.
