<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type biogas generator, which, although being small-sized and simple equipment, enables to take out a biogas (mainly methane and carbon dioxide) easily, very efficiently and at a low cost, and to provide a generation method. <P>SOLUTION: The biogas generator comprises a biogas fermentor 1 for holding a biogas generating raw material (a) and making it ferment; an air injection pump 2 for forcing compressed air into the biogas fermentor 1; a gas holder 3 for storing the biogas generated in the biogas fermentor 1; a Reki sap (exudate liquid) tank 8 for storing the Reki sap discharged from the inside of the biogas fermentor 1; and a digestion liquid tank 9 for storing the biodigestion liquid generated in the biogas fermentor 1.
