PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor and a motor with the rotor capable of obtaining a sufficient rotational torque of a rotor magnet even when miniaturized, and of facilitating production. SOLUTION: The rotor magnet 13 is inserted into an inner of a pipe 14, and joined to an inner wall of the pipe 14 by adhesive or the like. A center axis of the rotor magnet 13 is so fixed as to align with the center axis of the pipe 14. Protrusions 11b and 12b of a top cover 11 and a bottom cover 12 are inserted into both the ends of the pipe 14.
