PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a molded body by working, by improving the strength of the molded body at working time. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing rare-earth sintered magnet, a rare-earth sintered magnet is manufactured by sintering a molded body formed by molding a raw material composed of fine alloy powder containing a rare-earth element. The method includes an impregnating step of impregnating oil into the molded body, and a working step of working the molded body impregnated with the oil to a desired shape after the molded body is cooled to a temperature lower than the temperature of the oil set in the impregnating step. When the relation expressed by the equation of logV<SB>t</SB>=-k×t+logV<SB>0</SB>holds between the kinematic viscosity V<SB>0</SB>of the oil at 0°C and the kinematic viscosity V<SB>t</SB>of the oil at t°C, the temperature coefficient k of the natural logarithm of the kinematic viscosity of the oil is k>0.014.
