PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an operation pedal device in operation state, using a lock member that moves between a locked position prohibiting an operation of the operation pedal device and an unlocked position permitting the operation. SOLUTION: A pedal lock device 24 consists of a lock frame 25 that can abut against the upper surface of a pedal 18, constituting the operation pedal device 14, a hinge mechanism 26 that rotates the lock frame 25 between the locked position and the unlocked position, and a slide mechanism 29 provided in between the hinge mechanism 26 and the lock frame 25. Thereby, the lock frame 25 cannot only rotate between the locked position prohibiting a pedaling operation for the pedal 18 and the unlocked position, permitting pedaling operation for the pedal 18 by the hinge mechanism 26, but also move to a pedal-holding position holding the pedal 18 in the operation state by the slide mechanism 29.
