PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform cache access for reading/writing sector data where a data part is added with a control information part with the minimum number of times of access. SOLUTION: An address converting circuit 21 converts a data part address into a control information part address for access to a data storage region and a control information part storage region in a cache memory. A data separating/restoring circuit 22 performs access to a cache memory according to the data part address and the control information part address converted from the data part address, and in writing sector data, separates the sector data into the data of the data part and the data of the control information part, and writes those data in the data part storage region and the control information storage region, and at the time of reading the sector data, reads the data of the data part and the data of the control information part of the sector data from the data storage storage region and the control information part storage region, and restores the corresponding sector data.
