PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact block which can be easily manufactured and form a proving ground supporting integration of contact terminals of an object to be inspected such as LCD panels. SOLUTION: A contact block 14 electrically connects between a plurality of probes 3 which electrically connects an object to be inspected and an inspection device with wiring. A flexible wiring board 7 comprises a plurality of proving grounds 7a electrically connected to each of the probes 3, and a land 7b provided at least one edge thereof and connected to each of the proving grand 7a, and is bent to form a curved surface. A land 7b group is formed and fixed on the opposite side of the surface on which a plurality of the proving ground 7a are formed, and is connected to a flat cables 9 and 10 connected to the inspection device.
