PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder device capable of optionally selecting cold insulation or thermal insulation, and simply and properly carrying out the operation. SOLUTION: The cup holder device comprises a holder 3 capable of storing cups in a standing state, a cold insulation duct 20 branched off from a cold air duct of a heating/refrigerating cabinet, a thermal insulation duct 21 branched off from a warm air duct of the heating/refrigerating cabinet, and a valve means for selectively supplying cold air from the cold insulation duct 20 and warm air from the thermal insulation duct 21 to the holder 3. The valve means comprises a casing 11 defining a space having a peripheral wall surrounding in a circular shape; a lead-in portion 13 for the cold air, lead-in portion 14 for the warm air, and a lead-out portion 15 to the holder which open on the peripheral wall of the casing 11 at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction; a shutter 12 rotatably stored along the peripheral wall of the casing 11 and selectively shutting off the lead-in portion 13 for the cold air, the lead-in portion 14 for the warm air, and the lead-out portion 15 to the holder; and a dial-type operation panel for rotating the shutter.
